Loved the charming decor and peaceful atmosphere in this historical building. The cafe bar had a fancy menu and the staff was helpful.
Oh, let's not forget the delightful surprise of having the cleaning staff rummage through my belongings and share pictures of my things with the whole hotel! Hilarious.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was unbeatable and excellent next to a central area, near Obelisk, Tortoni's Cafe, Plaza de Mayo, Florida, San Telmo and other Buenos Aires spots, the city center and the supermarket. I liked sleeping 2 nights in this venue...

I stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located in the heart of the city. It was right between two subway stations, making it easy to explore different parts of the city. The hotel was also close to many tourist spots, allowing me to visit them without any hassle. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and there were some great views from the room.
The cleanliness of the jacuzzi was not up to par, and it caused skin infections for some guests.

The bed and furnishings and overall room design were very comfortable, the hotel was very classic and there was an effort made to mix classic with moderness.
Basic facilities were missing, there were no ironing or washing facilities, there was no remote to the air conditioner, and the staff were very poorly informed on things to do and see locally. For my first two nights stay, I had cold showers in the middle of winter, the was unessecary and turned out to be because the plumbing was very lengthy and required at least ten minutes to warm up when the hotel was not busy, however, I did ask the staff about this after the first time, and it wasn't until a change of shift that I got someone who actually knew something about the hotel. Once again, a beautiful hotel, just missing some basic energy to the staff and functions happening in and around the hotel..

The design of the room and the hotel in general were original and interesting, we really liked it. The staff were friendly and helpful plus the location was pretty central.
We felt the breakfast was too plain with not much variation and no fruits, however the coffee was very good. The fact we could not pay on our card and had to pay in cash.

It was a stunningly beautiful place, had truly friendly and amiable staff during your reservation. Its location so close to a famous street was excellent. The hotel was in a unique area, close enough to the Casa Rosada and San Telmo Market, and the main attractions, café Tortoni, and a Hop on bus stop.

The rooms are jaw-dropping, with comfortable beds and modern amenities like Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. They even have a 24-hour reception and a bar/lounge area. The hotel is equipped with a lift, making it easy to get around. Plus, the air conditioning ensures a cool and comfortable stay. The no pets allowed policy and no smoking on site make it a clean and fresh environment. staying here was an amazing experience that I highly recommend.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location. It was conveniently situated near the main attractions, metro station, and a stop for the Hop on Hop off bus. This made it easy for us to explore the city and make the most of our time. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided us with useful information and recommendations, ensuring that we had a great experience in the city. Lastly, the hotel had excellent WiFi connection, which was a big plus for us as we could easily stay connected and share our holiday photos with friends and family.
There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly like about our stay. the breakfast selection was quite limited, with only a few options available.
